Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) is about 75 km from Kusadasi — roughly an hour door to door. There is no direct rail link to Kuşadası, so a licensed taxi is the only way to go from the arrivals door straight to your hotel lobby without changing vehicles.

Kusadasi → Izmir Airport departures
For departures we plan backwards from your check-in time: we recommend leaving Kuşadası 3 hours before an international flight and confirm your pickup time the evening before. Early morning pickups at 03:00–05:00 are routine for us.
