If you take the taxi: how it works
Message a licensed Kuşadası taxi (that's us — two brothers, two cars) on WhatsApp with your flight number. You get the fixed per-car fare in writing, the driver tracks the flight, waits at the arrivals exit with a name sign and drives you straight to your hotel. Payment at the end, cash (EUR/USD/TRY) or card. Delays cost nothing; waiting is part of the job.
Night landings (00:00–05:00)
Charter and connecting flights into ADB often land after midnight, when shared options thin out. A pre-booked taxi is the calm answer: the fare is the day fare logic — fixed per car and agreed in advance — and the road is empty, so you are at your Kuşadası hotel in about an hour.
Leaving Kusadasi for your flight home
Work backwards: check-in close time, minus ~70 minutes on the road, minus a small buffer. We usually suggest leaving 3 hours before an international departure and we confirm the pickup the evening before. Dawn pickups are routine — the second brother covers the stand while the first drives you.
